I assume it is Bush's speech writers that keep coming up with these gaffe's and btw it isn't just the "evil doers"... what about the "axis of evil" and the "only one bullet" baloney (the last one was not Bush speaking, fair enough)... still, you'd have to be brain dead not to know what the world's reaction to this is going to be. Lumping in N Korea and Iraq etc. for the axis of evil had to be the worst though. Anybody could see that meant N Korea was going to interpret it as if they were about to be attacked. DUH
