You missed the point of my original post. The point is simply this - What happened was horrible. Some mistakes were made on many different levels and the outcome was tragic. But I'm not sure anyone did anything criminal. The most criminal thing that will probably happen will be the blame game and feast that the media and lawyers will have which in the end will only further elongate the grieving process for everyone involved. AT heart I know I'm right - Legally I know I'm not. Thats all
