Your post is so much "heard it on TV and believed it" Party Line and so staggeringly ignorant, it defies description. How long did it take to establish "democracy" in this country? When did it really arrive? Has it arrived? Do you suppose it would have worked if it was IMPOSED by the British? Have you ever traveled in these Arab countries? Do you understand ANYTHING of their Cultures? If the war happens, you will see that it is IMMENSELY messier than the nice antiseptic situation you propose. Could you say a little bit about the process of democracy in Afghanistan? Haiti? Panama? After all the US intervened militarily there. Not much to show there, is there? Namaste! Jim
