I quit hundreds of times...truly. I hated living like an ashtray day after day. By the time I actually QUIT for good, I had grown to hate cigarettes. I would wake in the morning with the flu and unable to swallow with my throat, but I could always light up a smoke.

When you are fighting it and wanting to smoke the desire will be there eating at you morning noon and night. That is ok. Go ahead and start again. You cannot quit till you sincerely understand and hate it deep inside. JUST KEEP QUITTING. Nobody was ever more despairing than me. But I have not smoked for about 7 years, and I don't even know the date I quit!!
