You GOTTA stay off that stuff, boy! You're hallucinations are getting worse! By who? The French Army? LMAO!!!!!!!!! Even in your ignorance, you must be aware that the US is not a signatory to the ICC treaty. Right? That means means if the ICC wants to try a US soldier or officer of the gov't, they're going to be staring down some loooooooong gun barrels. Do you make statements like that just to get a reaction or to prove how ignorant you are?
