SLT-v...in the news: Solitaire to acquire 37 units in Red Lake district Mon 24 Feb 2003 Property Agreement The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation pertaining to an option agreement dated Jan. 24, 2003, between Solitaire Minerals Corp. and 1304850 Ontario Ltd. pursuant to which the company may obtain a 100-per-cent interest in 37 claim units totalling 1,500 acres in the Byshe township, Red Lake mining district, Ontario, known as the Byshe property. In consideration, the company will make payments totalling $72,000 ($4,000 on approval) and issue a total of 160,000 shares (40,000 on approval) both in stages over a four-year period. The vendor retains a 2-per-cent net smelter royalty, of which the company may purchase 1 per cent for $600,000.
