lol... for rocketry entertainment i know of a small village in the mountains of Mexico where they use small dynamite cartridges as "fire crackers" ,....LOL

it is a mining town, so TNT is NOT in short supply... they put a long stick (somehow twisted) and they would take off... well, like a rocket --which they were--

I can safely say that I received light artillery training aiming those things at the tin roofs of the homes in the lower slopes.... actually, I was aiming at the town's church --of cathedral proportions considering the size of the town-- too bad it was slightly out of range. lolololol

you did NOT want to be holding one of these things when they went off, that is, if you wanted your hands to stay attached to the rest of your body... -gggg

the blasts would resonate throughout the entire town (which is not larger than 5 or 6 blocks), at night, it was a thing of beauty to see these rockets explode against the black sky...

I always laugh at the "warnings" in the fire crackers here.... -lol
