Just how long will the inspectors be able to do that if the US pulls its troops back out. Surely you don't think we can keep 250 k troops in Kuwait for five to ten yrs, do you? Secondly, all of the troops in SA, and Kuwait, the no fly zones, and the sanctions,since 1991, are the specific reasons given by OBL for his jihad. Controlling Saddam, inadvertently gave rise to Al Qaeda. Keeping even more troops there will be even more caustic to the arabs.
