crow,

Whats 911 got to do with Iraq? <puzzled look>

We might as well bomb Japan, England or Mexico for 911....

The point i was trying to make was.....lets be honest about the fact that we're going to Iraq for oil...not to liberate these guys. If the idea was liberation, then we'd first have gone to our allies <Pakistan, Saudi to name a few> and asked them to change their repressive rules and when that was accomplished then we'd go to other countries like India and all other 'friends', only THEN should we declare war on Iraq to help *those people*.

We should take away MOST FAVORED NATION status of the Chinese unless they do something about the political tortures...

Why single out Iraqi repression suddenly? At least club it with the region - Saudi, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Iran, Egypt....these are lawless countries, to name a few....all should be attacked and all these people should be freed - nein?

As for destruction of wmd well, guess who helped NK develop their nuclear arsenal and guess when? I posted a news item yesterday....about Pakistani planes carrying the lethal cargo to NK in a US army plane late last year....while US satellites, intelligence, govt all watched impotent with disbelief at the audacity of Genl Busharraf...

Shouldn't we be wiping out Pakistan as well? Esp since their police tortures are as famous of not more...and little teenage girls are cut for daring to dance at a wedding reception. Where is our sense of justice? Trust me, Pakistan's Sind area is much more barbarious than Iraq could ever hope to be....

Lets call spades by their real names....simply because we should detest hypocracy and deceit and encourage truth...
