Some discount brokers give this service: look at Lombard or Waterhouse securities. Lombard confirms trade immediately (sometime I get confirmation right then after I put another order). Waterhouse has semilar reputation. Lombard charges $30 for options (upto 10 contracts or sth). -Ajay
