Dear Tim: I think thats the AMERICAN way, we are not used to dilly dallying around. Either do it, or bring the troops home. Seems to me if I were Pres. Bush I would claim, and I believe rightly so, having the troops there FORCED Saddam into inspections and it was a good exercise in any event. Sorry about the ones that died in the Helicopter accident yesterday. JDN
