Explosion at an oil field. I believe they said Arbil Iraq. Explains the WEL move. However I think Arbil is in the north and run/held by the Kurds. Not sure if this could be part of the scorched earth policy or an accident.

As for Korea.. well, they aren't the easy pickings that Iraq is, to say the least. Nor do they have much in the way of resources that we'd be interested in.
