China is not a normal market. In China, one is not allowed to convert Yuan to USD. I don't know if an adjustment to the current peg would be beneficial to anyone - but China has shown great desire in the past to keep things the way they are. I don't see any change happening in the near future. People have talked about a devaluation in the Yuan for six years now and it hasn't happened yet.
