For all I know you could be right, at any rate I'm not
making any short term bets right now, either way.
Longer term I have to see crude oil prices fall
a lot before I even think about getting bullish.
If we rally and oil prices stay high I'll short the
rally, if oil comes down I may buy some dips.
Other wise I'll just stay on the side line and put
my marbles in another game.
---
I've been slowly buying raw land, ( cheap land )
at auctions. Also I've plans on swinging a few bucks
into H bonds.
( H bonds can only be had by trading in E bonds,
however if you buy small you can roll in extra
cash which lets you Buy the next extra H bond.
H bonds now pay 4% every six months and they are
liquid, ( it's like having 6mo CDs at 4% )
If things change I can get out of them , but for
right now they look OK for extra cash.
