Replacement? What replacement? Are you sure this isn't an addition? If FSTW thinks highly enough of their prestigious 1stOrder "partnership" to announce it via PR, don't you think they would have announced a change in the Board of Directors if/when McNeight left? Maybe McNeight "was left", meaning he was forced to resign, and nobody wanted to make a big deal of it. Whatever. I think a change in the BoD qualifies as a material event as defined by the SEC. The fact that McNeight's departure wasn't announced is bothersome. And, to make matters worse, the FSTW website doesn't have the new info on Rothenberg yet. Come on, guys. Let's coordinate some stuff here. You know ... look professional. You ARE a software industry leader, you know. Or, so it says in some promotional literature. At first glance, Rothenberg appears to be a good addition. I'm a little concerned about the lack of involvement in anything resembling the software market. I'll do some research into his background.
