If you heard about the Detention of the President of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce, you should know who was the Judge that ordered this detention by Chavez indication.

He is a twice convicted murderer in 1985 and 1989 , recently graduated and a paid collaborator with the government party. By Venezuelan Law in order to become a judge you must have :

10 years of law practice
at least one post graduation and a specialization
no criminal records......

Now we have a new law forbidding foreign exchange currency, price control, and they working on a new law requiring a visa or permit in order to leave the country, also a prohibition to take minors out of Venezuela without a special permit.. HOW ABOUT THAT?
