All we can do is guess and take advantage of things as they reach our comfort levels. I never thought we'd see the Nasdaq melt to this level in 1999 so my insight is obviously not very good. I view current rates as pretty damn good but I expect they could go lower. Who knows....they could go lower than we ever expect just as the Nasdaq did for me.
