van, have you noticed that GEMS was down the while the market was up? It has a lot to do with that. Actually, most people wrote off the US paging market as a growth segment a while back. I don't think that VoiceNow failure will have any significant effect on GEMS eps or stock price. It may mean that NPCS will take longer to take off and it may also mean reduced orders from Pagenet that may reduce total revenue by up to $10M per quarter. Non Voice paging business is still growing fast and that means more business down the line for other paging needs. Amir
