Huey - But so far the opposite has occurred. The employees have walked off with millions, a billion in Jacob's case, and there isn't a pot to piss in left in the retained earnings account for shareholders.

You are, of course, completely ignoring the fact that Dr. Jacobs almost certainly put in much of the initial risk capital and most of the $1B is stock from that initial investment.
