Note the 5 wave pattern which is very clear and the wedge developing off the lows. The 5th wave is now in process and looks like it will make a slight overthrow above the upper wedge line. The tops of waves 1, 3, and 5 are noted at the yellow 'a', 'c', and 'e'. If you look down at the stochastics - MACD convergence signal you will see that the first two tops corresponded precisley to a convergence of these indicators into overbought in the purple circles. The 3rd signal is now developing for the 'e' wave which should complete the pattern. As of this writing the index has already fallen back below the upper wedge line and a move below the lower wedge line near 7830 could usher in the next abc decline.
