Hi Al,

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the value of the warrants is being neglected by doing things this way. Another way to handle it may be to convert the BAY shares to PAA shares and also redeem the associated PAA warrants into PAA shares equaling a total of 2677 PAA shares

4640 BAY shares x $0.3846/sh = 1784.54 shares
4640 BAY shares x $0.1923/sh = 892.27 warrants = shares

So 2677 PAA shares @ $10.25/sh = $27,437

This is an interesting situation, because in reality I also own this stock. I'm leaning towards not selling but holding the PAA shares and warrants.

Ron
