For the first time I can recall (and I go back to 1966 with HP), going back to both John Young and Lew Platt days, Carly has the company focused on properly scaling expenses to business levels. This just has not happened in the computer side of the business for at least 20 years! It's much more like the way H&P ran HP they were in charge. Kudos to Carly for getting folks attention refocused on making a profit...which previous CEO's never did figure out!

(My comments apply to the computer business...not instrumentation or printers which ALWAYS have had group managers who were focused on profitability).
