But Perle said the regimes in Iran and Syria could be changed without direct U.S. intervention. He said the United States would help democratic reform movements in those countries.

Yeah, that Perle is a real "War Monger" isn't he? Wants these despotic regimes to have Democratic Governments. That would sure destroy the stablility over there that our posters who hate the neocons know and love.
