I don't need a special report to tell me what's common sense. What's common sense is that there's a secret cabal of gilded Illuminati playing with OUR markets - letting them dip oh-just-a-little, but not completely or with conviction. Those greedy fat cats with their tuxedos, top hats and canes! Curse those handsome devils!
