Im thinking, amtd is trying to hold up everything until after the quarter.Switch in the middle to have an excuse for the transition, delay xfers and report favorable numbers for the quarter? They can call it war jitters or something?Maybe lack of medallion signatures?(I dont know what a Medallion signature is yet but when I do I will report it to you guys so you dont have to go through the same bullshit as myself).
