PCS has approximately 5 billion MORE debt than Nextel and has yet to show positive earnings. Selling CDMA products is good for Qualcomm, but has yet to pay dividends for its operators.

Yeah! But PCS paid about 5 Billion more for spectrum than Nextel did! It has little to do with technology deployed.
