More proof that Rumsfeld has gone senile. cnn.com Rumsfeld told an audience at the Hoover Institution. The bunker mentality has set in, first Junior wouldn't talk to anything but a handpicked audience, now Rumsfeld. Cheney is still hiding under the bed.
