<Change is needed in all those three countries [Iran, Libya and Syria], and a few others besides," Perle told the London-based author and analyst Amir Taheri.>

Well, now we know who #4-6 are on the Regime-Change List. "A few others besides", why did he say that? To make sure everyone is scared?

The plan is:
Iraqis welcome us as liberators
a U.S. General teaches them all about democracy
some U.S. government-types teach them all about the Free Market
36 hours after the tanks roll in, Iraq is a wealthy democracy
All the governments from Libya to Pakistan say, "Wow, you Americans do such wonderful Building of Nations. Could we please please get an American General also, we want to be just like that."
