Herb commented that Cube had gone up recently on design wins. Instead of talking about Cube though he talked about a former Cube Officer who started a company (still privately held) who had developed a combination software hardware DVD solution that he seemed to be very excited about. Not sure what the name was but it started with a C. I keep thinking Creative or Coherent or something but aren't those publicly held? Anybody have any comments supporting or criticizing Herb's enthusiasm for this alternative technology? Or anyone know the name of a company started by a former Cube officer that is competing with CUBE?
