Ouch, now the Bush-fear seem to be Sunshine Mutual Korean Regional Politics and a little railroad.

On the other hand, that Korean war has never been sorted out in USA, and as Vietnam,
never a Congressional nor Constitutional War... (?? not 100% sure on Korea, maybe a trully true war??)

Luckily UN has improved from those days, or at at least there is a chance after these and the following
years.
