kelly, my thinking is: the strike price stays the same and if you add the value of the 2 companys stock prices up, pepsi, and tricon, then you will know if your in the money. i may be way off on this. so i have asked a few people how this will work, most don't know, and a few still haven't gotten back to me. if i get an answer i'll let you know. as i too, want to know how this will work. paulie
