08:28 Turkey's Minister of State Ali Babacan declared in an AK Party meeting that the financial aid deal with the US is done - Turkey gets USD 26-30 bn, the US gets to attack Iraq from Turkish bases in the north. US Congress is expected to take up to six weeks to approve the aid, but the bridge loans will be set in place as soon as the operation starts. USD 30 bn as blood money. Uh, is this bullish?
