I'll give you that.

The second time that I was in Kuwait I had the honor of actually being there when the Kuwaiti's celebrated "Liberation Day" - My hand still hurts from all the hand shaking. Driving down the road in our military vehicles, the women would actually pull down their veils to blow us kisses in thanks. It was rather nice - but I can't say the same for the majority of the rest of the ME.
