LP45, [sic] then you should be screaming bloody murder Bush is bribing Turkey with 25billions of our tax dollars. "Bribing"? Sounds like payment for services rendered. I have no trouble with paying Turkey for the use of facilities there; are you upset with it because it takes fuel away from allegations of "imperialism"? You should be going beserk that even though Enron didn't pay any taxes four out of five years just before they ate it, Bush still proposed to give them half a billion in tax incentives back in 2001. If I don't support taxation - at least not to the extent that it is currently structured in the U.S. - why would I "[go] berzerk" that Enron didn't pay any, or be annoyed with incentives that lower them? C'mon: think. You should be covering your ears and joining in the Edvard Munch silent scream over aid we give to countries that hate us. Like who? Got a post, link, some documentation? I mean, even beside the fact that I'm sure you have no idea what you're talking about, the fact that the populations hate us doesn't mitigate possible benefits of working on amicable - which includes economic - terms with their leaders. Does it? The fact you would rather do the former with tax dollars... You're empty. ...than feed children in this country says it all for the hell-bent republicans who are the first to opportune themselves of every form of govt welfare. You think I'm a "[R]epublican"?
