Clearly, the world prefers the use of the UN and process to solve the problem. Presumably this would be inspections and sanctions and as a last resort physical muscle to remove weapons if they are determined to be there.


What the world prefers is so divorced from reality that it's hard to deal with it. It's not exactly as if there were no history in this instance, but 'the world' feels that what they don't know about doesn't count.
