Gephart is proposing an International minimum wage. He's up the ante of lieberman and kucinich who are both anti free trade. It's funny how economics often work in reverse to politics, on the one hand China has this socialist state infrastructure that destroyed wealth, while on the other hand China has this huge modernization program going fueled by capitalism...using labor as a comparative advantage, china excels in competing for market share.

But now the socialists in china are on the verge of a socialist economic theory of protectionism and labor price controls which will force china to give up their economic comparative advantage relating to the cost of labor; by their sicopant ally dick gephart...this would fully interrupt chinas progress and moves to grow it's economic influence.

Whoa the confusion being cast..... what say you?
