You're ignoring Iraq, because you hate Bush so much
It is true that I don't have much respect for Bush's decision making abilities, but Iraq is just an example of that. As for his killings, whenever he has the choice, he always decides in a manner that leaves someone dead, and he riducules and laughs at them before they die. That is a sure sign of misanthropic insanity.
