This is all about what Dr Huber wants, not what might benefit shareholders. Dr Huber wants to stay in control of his empire, end of story. What has CORVIS done lately? Purchased a company that has almost zero prospects, Dorsal. This company should be taken private and the current shareholders should be given cash for their stock.

Just my opinion.
