14:47 ET NVLS Novellus: falling DRAM prices could be a negative catalyst - TWP (29.00 -0.69) While Thomas Weisel does not expect mgmt to revise its Q1 guidance during tomorrow's mid-qtr update, they say that current order exposure to DRAM manufacturers is a primary concern since memory prices have fallen precipitously over the past few weeks. Although firm has not heard of any push-outs from Samsung, Infineon, or Micron, they believe capital budget commitments could falter if prices to do not rise in the near future.
