she has that additional health insurance, that covers what medicare doesn't

none covers drugs though

and the additional insurance is gets more expensive every year

also, she is quite wealthy, but still it all the esculating monthly medical expenses nag at her

too? she has tried to talk her doctors into using the older drugs, the generic cheap ones, but they fight that [well trained [or perked] by drug company sales reps]
