Here it is a balmy 22 and a wind chill around 15. With luck the storm hitting Virginia can track north and maybe we'll get another 10 inches to go with the 20 inches we had last week.

As for going to the beach we'll i think you need to bring an ax if you want to go into the water.

Now thats ideal.
