Spoke w/ Investor relations. While there were some questions asked about increase in inventories and operating margind on men's retail, overall, the report was extremely strong and TOM's outlook is extremely positive. The reaction today appears to be an overwhelming over-reation ot the increased inventories which went to 155 from 123 million. CEO said comfortable with increase in wholesale which was consistent with backlog orders (back to school). Company ships on 15th of each month and shopping orders has been as expected, growth in wholesale looks great. Retail looks solid, though not as good as whoelsale (which is bay far the larger component of their business).
