Sadaam does not have nuclear weapons.
Does not have materials to produce them either.
And to start a nuclear program woulkd take 3-5 years minimum.
A program would be impossible to start with inspectors running all over the place.

If you want to worry about a real threat try North Korea or Pakistan.

Iraq as a threat is a joke.
This war is about oil and revenge.
Nothing more, nothing less.
