Sorry, C2. I gave up on the war on drugs. We are going at it wrong, and I just get pissed when I read about it anymore. It's like discussing the bottom end of the K-12 school system with John. He wants more of the same, just add men and money, and I see it as so structurely flawed that it will have to get worse, so that we can change the structure, before it gets better.
