I don't worry about the legality of tobacco or tobacco taxes increasing on an hourly basis. I worry about some unforeseen lawsuit coming out of the blue and wiping out the equity. It's been an issue and will always be an issue. I never hold MO without out-of-the-money puts to protect part of my investment -- paid with the sale of covered calls.
