H1,

First I think in your correction post you meant to use the term 'dictionary' not 'thesaurus' since you are defining terms. In any event I think you could have left well enough alone. Cf. the opening lines in Robert Graves' poem, The Cool Web:

Children are dumb to say how hot the day is,

How hot the scent is of the summer rose,

How dreadful the black wastes of evening sky

How dreadful the tall soldiers drumming by.

But we have speech, to chill the angry day,

And speech, to dull the rose's cruel scent.
...

One could interpret the use of 'dumb' in your post to mean, like the above, lacking the power of speech. Or better yet another of its accepted definitions, taciturn: temperamentally disinclined to talk.

But don't let me add words to yours. Clearly you belive x-Intellers and some investors are ignorant on the subject of Intel's option plans. I suspect there are those who you label ignorant, as well as those who are not, who choose to be 'dumb' (mute) on the subject of options.

The question is: What force is powerful enough to give the ignorant and others tongues to speak?
