Sorry I haven't been on the message boards for the last few days. I was out of town for a good part of last week. Questions sent to support@iqchart.com are being answered as they come in by the customer support team.

A few notes on some questions I've seen over the last few days.

* Data Errors - There have been a few strange looking opens coming in on the datafeed over the past few days. We're correcting them as they are reported. Please use our data error form and please continue to report them. Data errors posted here can and are corrected, although not with the timeliness of the customer support channel.

* Favorites being off - Today Nasdaq stocks did not receive an "exchange reset" from our data provider. This is the message we receive that tells us to reset the previous change. We update it manually after the market opened today.

Thanks, and keep asking questions on these boards. Hopefully, other folks will answer them during the times when I'm indisposed for a few days.
