Well, maybe will get some volatility soon. Zeev Hed was projecting the war (or civilian slaughter, depending on how one looks at it) to start on Mar 3rd, occuring on the new moon. In GobalSecurity.org they projecting Mar 15, and possibly April 4 (the next new moon). So if the war continues to get dragged out, the drip-drip-drip down could continue. War is a very emotional issue. A lot of folks i've been reading predict that the market would get very emotional, too. Which it has not.
