The Bush Admin has already stated that the oil revenue would be used to rebuild Iraq.

And the Bush Admin has already stated that the oil deals previously negotiated between Saddam and the amoral mercenary nations of france, germany and russia, would be re-negotiated, not totally dissolved.

2000 Iraqis are being auditioned for leadership roles in the new iraq.
