Jim, at this point everything looks to be okay...I'm trying to get in touch with their CEO...presently awaiting FDA approval on the non-toxic disinfectant...which could send this stock to great places..
Since they are a holding co. I'm wondering how they've taken control...the amount of shares in the float is really small, making it very volatile...Anytime you have a patented proprietary technology, it can be extremely rewarding...still a lot of questions to be answered.. I own a small amount of shares at this point...
Questions:
1. Where was this technology developed...?
2. Why was this Co. Acquired, poor management, lack of funds, direction..?
3. Have they been talking with any food processing co.'s about this technology...?
4.will there be a further dilution of shares to secure finacing for production...?
5. What is the Approximate cost of a unit..
6. once the water is ionized, can it be bottled and sold...?
7. if so how much would the process cost and what would be the retail cost..?
7. how close are they to FDA approval...?

Anyone got the answers.......?
